Questions
Can you date my piece?
We can describe stylistic features, but we cannot authenticate an exact date or maker from appearance.
Does a stamp prove the metal?
No. A stamp is a claim that can be wrong or forged; assaying tests the metal.
Can you value it?
We explain what drives value. A valuation needs an in-person appraisal.
