How your photos and details are handled.

What we collect
Photos you upload for a scan, optional details you enter, and account information if you sign in.
How we use it
Only to provide your scan, history and collection. We do not use your uploads to train models unless you explicitly opt into a documented programme.
Location data
Embedded GPS data is removed from photos by default. Location fields are optional.
Retention
Proposed: guest results expire after 24 hours. Account data is kept until you delete it. Backup retention will be stated once configured.
Your choices
You will be able to export or delete your data from your account.
Operator and subprocessors
GEMSTONe is operated by Daeb International Pty Ltd. GEMSTONe is the product name, not a separate legal entity. ABN/ACN, business address, privacy contact email and subprocessors will be confirmed before launch.
