Our approach

GEMSTONe helps gemstone owners, buyers, collectors and curious finders understand what a stone could be, what is visible in their photographs and which checks would confirm it.

We separate identification from authentication, grading and valuation. A photo can support an initial assessment; it cannot certify that a stone is natural, untreated or valuable.

Honest limits

Our results are AI-assisted screening. We do not publish accuracy figures until a proper evaluation on expert-labelled specimens exists, and every category is currently labelled experimental.
